The main purpose of the site is to help keep the Aspen Creek homeowners informed about issues pertaining to the complex. To this end, the home page titled "What's Up at Aspen Creek" is the area where you will find a schedule of board meetings, important documents available for download, and links to Mammoth websites that most homeowner's visit from time to time..

ACOA's documents, meeting minutes, and meeting agendas are available for viewing and download to your home computer.

Our new "Owners Forum" section will begin to fill with maintance, fix up, and remodeling information and ideas from other owners.

  A Password is now required for accessing the "Document" page.  
  Send an email to theboard@aspencreekcondos.com to request your "User Name" and "Password".  
     
  Building 1 Elevator Now Working  
  The B1 Elevator has been completely upgraded and inspected.  
     
  New Loader  
  The new Loader has been ordered and should arrive in early November to more adequately deal with this year's snow fall, rumored to be about the same as last years snow fall.  
     
  "Chimney Cleaning" project has been completed  
  All Condo units in Aspen Creek have had their chimneys cleaned at Aspen Creek's expense.  
     
 

"Email Blasts"

  
 

The board would like to increase the communication in the form of “News” emails.  Emails are the easiest and quickest way to get important news about the complex.  Things included are ongoing projects, finished projects, out of service equipment, etc.  An example is the elevator in building 4 may be upgraded and out of service for the month of November.  This will make moving firewood into the condos very difficult.

 
  We will begin sending these “News Blasts” out as we have news to all emails addresses that we have.
